Aesthetic comprehensive consultation and VISIA Skin Analysis

The first step in getting ready for your special occasion is to set up a consultation with our co-owner and nurse practitioner, Laura Zimmerman, to discuss your desired results. HydraFacial’s design and treatment details

With incredible healing properties and yielding long-lasting results, HydraFacial truly is a facial on another level. Using an innovative spiral design, the HydraFacial tool infuses an antioxidant-rich serum that nourishes, hydrates, heals, and protects the skin while performing a deep cleansing process that removes oil, dirt, and other damaging elements at the same time. The result is skin that is soft, fresh, and glowing.

A HydraFacial treatment often takes as little as 30 minutes, and is a very relaxing experience. Many patients have said that the HydraFacial feels like a cool paintbrush moving gently across the face. There is no downtime involved, and you’re welcome to apply makeup and go back to your regular day immediately afterward. (Those with very sensitive skin may be a little red for about an hour following treatment.) A HydraFacial provides instant results that will last from 5 to 7 days. For optimal results, we recommend six weekly treatments followed by maintenance treatments every 2 to 4 weeks for enhanced outcome.

HALO: Dual wavelengths for dramatic results

HALO is a laser treatment designed to address uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation, enlarged pores, age spots and sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles, scars, brown spots, and dyschromia for all skin types. It also stimulates new collagen growth. As the first hybrid fractional laser, HALO combines two different wavelengths (micro-ablative and non-ablative) in one laser device. Both the epidermis and the dermis can be treated simultaneously, and 25% to 30% of the skin can be resurfaced. This means better results without the downtime that comes with more aggressive laser treatments.

HALO treatment details

Before treatment, a topical numbing agent will be applied, and you’ll also be given protective eyewear. Once you’re properly numbed, the treatment will begin. Many patients describe the handheld device as feeling like a “roller ball” passing along the skin. There will be a hot sensation on your skin, but very tolerable. It doesn’t hurt, but we can offer cooling packs if you prefer. In addition, cooling cream will be applied after treatment to help calm your skin.

HALO treatments take 1 to 2 hours, including the time it takes for the topical numbing agent to work.

Common side effects include mild swelling and redness, the sensation of a sunburn, dry/rough skin, and tiny dark spots or discoloration on the skin. These are all normal, and temporary. Most patients return to normal activities the day following treatment, and see improved skin tone and texture after only 1 or 2 treatments.

Aquagold

Aquagold fine touch is a micro injection (micro-channeling) treatment that allows even the smallest areas to be addressed. This innovative technology rejuvenates the skin and delivers a healthier, brighter-looking complexion.

Small amounts of different cosmetic injectables (Botox®, hyaluronic acid, PRP, and vitamins) are administered directly into the skin to achieve an evenly-distributed, highly efficient delivery of treatment. The result is a smoother, brighter complexion. We recommend this about a week before your event.

CoolSculpting treatment details

There are no injections, incisions, or anesthesia with CoolSculpting. The steps are as follows:

You will lie down on a medical chair.
A cool sheet will be placed on your skin in the treatment area.
Cooling panels will be placed on top of the cooling sheet.
Vacuum pressure and intense cold will be administered from the panel applicators for about 45 minutes.

You will experience tingling and numbness during the treatment, but no pain. There is no downtime, but side effects may include tenderness, swelling, bruising, and/or cramping. These are normal, and subside within a few days to a week. Patients will see early results in approximately one month, with results being finalized in 2 to 4 months.
